Message of Managing Director
While
expressing our best regards and peace upon the pure soul of the late founder of
Islamic Republic of Iran and our greatly dignified martyrs, I feel it necessary
to express my appreciation towards all our respected shareholders who put their
confidence to the management of bank in order to give us encouragement and caused
a giant movement in growth and dehiscence of this great bank, and the result of
this matter is the best function presented by the bank. The management of Ansar
bank is honored in his first period to meet the stockholder's expectations. It is
obvious that the having transparent financial information is one of the necessities
of capital market's efficiency. Although financial information mentioned in the
main financial bills is one of the main sources in financial information, the board
of director's report to general assembly of shareholders can provide important information
in completing the information mentioned in financial bills. On the other hand, the
report of board of directors to general assembly can be considered as an opportunity
for the board of directors in order to inform their functions to the general assembly.
Bank management believes that the attention of bank shareholders to our function
of this period and offering their suggestions can lead us to be better for the next
period of bank operations and it is expected that they can help the management of
bank by their offers and suggestions. In this abridgement, we made lots of efforts
to show the first period of Ansar bank which in spite of lots of ups and downs brought
about. We gained so many positive experiences and achievements for the bank.
